Frozen...

 

We probably all experienced it. We did our drills, worked the basics, meditated and discussed the way to move in a fight - designing a strategy for the sparring session.

But, then it happens - we are confronted with the dynamics of  combat and we freeze.
A lot of times sparring is done to aggressively in the beginning. We forget that training has to progress in a way that allows growth and not frustration.

Build confidence through relaxed sparring and increase the intensity to the point where it all falls apart.

Keep the aim in mind: Improve skill and becoming a better fighter.
