Our Latest Fundraising Initiative is:
Will you give just 20p per day?
Our locomotive will become the only working example of the type with the original internal steam pipe configuration.
We have received support from THE HERITAGE LOTTERY FUND, to provide training opportunities for volunteers working on our loco restoration – the individual projects will range form teaching basic skills to newcomers to heritage to complex engineering tasks with skilled volunteers developing their expertise into new areas.
BUT WE STILL NEED YOUR HELP!
To support the training opportunities that our lottery grant funds, we will need to pay for specialist contractors to undertake some of the restoration work and we need to buy the components that have been lost over the years – we will need to raise many thousands of £s!
You can help by donating just 20p per day
Gift Aid would increase the value at no cost to you
